Our Mission is to help Maryland policymakers better understand the nature of the new innovation economy and the types of public policies needed to drive broad-based prosperity for all citizens of Maryland. 

Founded in response to Maryland’s Tax Reform Act of 2007, the Maryland Computer Services Association, working in concert with Maryland’s technology councils and chambers of commerce, employs top professional lobbyists and strategists, grassroots tacticians, and our own members’ energy, entrepreneurship and technical prowess to advocate for our industry’s interests.
